I’m bored. School let out over a week ago. I’m not sure, exactly, what I’m still doing in Pennsylvania. Waiting for companies I interviewed with to get back to me, for sure. But other than that. Nothing, really.

I need to eat healthier, and I need to eat less. I feel like a broken record. This is something I’ve been telling myself for the last 5 years or so. Maybe even longer than that.

I’m a glutton.

It’s just starting to hit me now: In about a month’s time, I’m going to physically move to Pennsylvania. Emotionally, and by that, I mean all the implications that come with a physical move, it hasn’t really hit me just yet. At least I’m thinking about it now. In all honesty, it’s quite daunting…

I’ve lived away from home before, but never so far away. And for the very first time, I actually think I might not return home. It’s a mixed feeling. I’m pretty family-oriented, so it’s a big leap for me to say I’ll be staying on the East coast after finishing my degree. But at the same time, I don’t want to say I’ll return home afterwards if it excludes me from whatever opportunities that may arise. Cryptic language, I know.

“Que sera, sera.” I guess.
